Tasks
- Act as strategic technical resource for product engineering and marketing
- Assess build vs buy decisions for data science tooling platforms and solutions
- Coordinate with engineering teams to deploy capabilities safely to production
- Define and evolve decisioning frameworks and data products
- Define standards for model validation monitoring and experimentation
- Design implement and evaluate machine learning approaches for personalization and routing
- Direct data and modeling strategy for customized journeys and funnel decisioning
- Drive alignment across technical workstreams for personalization measurement iteration and scaling
- Ensure production ready analytical solutions with observability and efficiency
- Explore AI and automation to improve decisioning experimentation and iteration speed
- Lead feature engineering to improve model quality and scalability
- Provide technical frameworks for roadmap prioritization and tradeoffs
