Staff Embedded Controls Engineer, Vehicle Motion
Tasks
- Apply functional safety principles
- Author subsystem block diagrams
- Broadcast software level requirements to hardware systems teams
- Capture component level requirements
- Collaborate with software integration teams to bring up core functions
- Create and implement vehicle motion control strategy
- Define functions and interfaces for vehicle motion components
- Develop test plans
- Execute unit SIL and HIL testing
- Lead subsystem reviews
- Own component level test results and approvals
- Perform functional safety analyses
- Provide subject matter expertise for sourcing discussions
- Set up automation framework for unit SIL and HIL testing
- Validate firmware stability performance and functionality
