Tasks
- Architect closed loop automation connecting alerts insights action and verification
- Build and maintain feature pipelines using telemetry logs metrics traces and runtime state
- Build automated workflows for incident triage diagnostics collaboration and remediation
- Define aiops onboarding patterns enablement models and implementation guidelines
- Design and build aiops models for anomaly detection correlation root cause identification and event clustering
- Design real time inference systems for high volume telemetry streams
- Develop embeddings retrieval systems rag and intent classification for operational queries
- Develop operational copilots and chatbots for incident response insights and automation via natural language
- Develop reusable automation modules with integration to observability cloud platforms and orchestration systems
- Drive aiops adoption across products and platforms ensuring reliability scalability and continuous improvement
- Implement predictive and preventive operations like capacity forecasting early warning and noisy neighbor detection
- Integrate aiops models with observability platforms including logs metrics traces events and topology
- Integrate llm reasoning into observability and automation platforms
- Participate in architecture reviews and data modeling discussions
