Staff Engineer (AI & Engineering)
Tasks
- Add observability and traceability for AI systems
- Build and deploy backend services and APIs
- Build end to end build test deploy monitor and improve pipelines
- Create shared libraries templates and reusable services
- Design and deliver AI enabled applications and workflows
- Design scalable event driven modular service architectures
- Develop AI orchestration layers and agent workflows
- Implement prompt safety and validation
- Integrate LLM capabilities into products and internal tools
- Optimize performance resilience and cost of AI systems
- Partner with stakeholders to validate solutions and iterate with feedback
- Prevent injection and misuse
- Translate use cases into implementable system designs
