Tasks

• Collaborate with engineers to implement prompt versioning and evaluate quality
• Define conversational parameters and graceful error handling
• Design and prototype chat interfaces for latency tool calling and onboarding
• Design human AI interaction experience for AI agents
• Drive release rigor for AI experiences versioning staged rollouts regression testing
• Own intent architecture taxonomy routing gap analysis
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure clinically valid behavior change
• Present conversational architecture and AI performance insights to leadership
• Write test and optimize system prompts and UX copy
