Staff / Senior Product Engineer - Advanced Analytics
Tasks
- Build end to end machine learning workflows for NPI and HVM decision making
- Collaborate with semiconductor teams on reliability qualification and defectivity failures
- Design agentic AI solutions to automate product engineering workflows
- Develop predictive and diagnostic machine learning models for yield improvement
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems
- Mentor citizen data scientists in machine learning for engineering problems
- Perform NAND reliability and defectivity analysis with data driven methods
- Reduce test time using machine learning models
- Support root cause analysis of yield reliability and defectivity issues
