Storage and Backup Service Lead

Tasks

• Act as primary client interface for storage and backup
• Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver storage and backup services
• Define and track KPIs for backup success restore success RPO RTO adherence storage growth
• Define data protection standards encryption immutability and RTO RPO alignment
• Define storage backup standards architecture performance and service models
• Drive innovation in hybrid cloud automation resilience and optimization
• Ensure SLA compliance and contractual commitments
• Ensure compliance with regulations security frameworks and governance
• Lead incident risk and minor works escalation for storage and backup
• Manage service catalog service tiers and request standardization
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize total cost of ownership
• Mentor engineers and foster accountability and innovation
• Own storage backup product vision roadmap and lifecycle
• Provide reporting insights and recommendations
• Review service performance and lead continuous improvement
• Set service level objectives and monitor capacity and performance
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into service outcomes
