Storage and Backup Service Lead
Tasks
- Act as primary client interface for storage and backup
- Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver storage and backup services
- Define and track KPIs for backup success restore success RPO RTO adherence storage growth
- Define data protection standards encryption immutability and RTO RPO alignment
- Define storage backup standards architecture performance and service models
- Drive innovation in hybrid cloud automation resilience and optimization
- Ensure SLA compliance and contractual commitments
- Ensure compliance with regulations security frameworks and governance
- Lead incident risk and minor works escalation for storage and backup
- Manage service catalog service tiers and request standardization
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize total cost of ownership
- Mentor engineers and foster accountability and innovation
- Own storage backup product vision roadmap and lifecycle
- Provide reporting insights and recommendations
- Review service performance and lead continuous improvement
- Set service level objectives and monitor capacity and performance
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into service outcomes
