Storage & Backup Architect
Tasks
- Administer Commvault backup recovery and DR
- Administer Dell EMC Isilon OneFS including node lifecycle and snapshots
- Administer IBM Spectrum Scale GPFS clusters and ESS systems
- Administer Pure FlashBlade file and object storage operations
- Build backup strategies to meet RPO and RTO
- Coordinate migrations upgrades and stability initiatives
- Implement Linux scripting and automation for backup and storage operations
- Maintain runbooks and operational governance
- Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures
- Optimize backup performance and restore validation
- Participate in on call incident management and RCA
- Perform capacity planning patching and security hardening
- Perform health monitoring patching and performance optimization for GPFS
- Support Dell EMC ECS object storage including tiering and troubleshooting
