- Administer Dell EMC HP IBM and Pure Storage hardware components
- Administer Isilon
- Administer disk storage usage reporting and growth estimates
- Automate migrations with shell scripting
- Conduct post-mortem reviews
- Design and implement data migrations between storage arrays
- Develop upgrade paths and best practices
- Document issues resolution and procedures
- Interpret iSCSI Fibre Channel CIFS NFS and NDMP protocols
- Manage Fibre Channel switch zoning and LUN masking
- Manage break fix vendor activities
- Manage distributed backup and restore
- Perform capacity analysis and monitoring
- Perform storage provisioning across Windows Unix and VMware
- Perform tracking and root cause analysis
- Plan and manage SAN installation configuration and tuning
- Provide level 3 and level 4 storage support
- Provision storage SAN and backups
- Support disaster recovery and high availability
- Troubleshoot escalated storage issues
