- Administer SAN and NAS environments
- Analyze diagnose resolve storage and backup issues
- Conduct system analysis and configuration management
- Configure and administer SMB and NFS
- Coordinate storage projects
- Develop procedures and technical documentation
- Evaluate test and perform impact analysis for updates
- Manage virtual logical platforms and partitioning
- Monitor storage and data protection performance metrics
- Provide troubleshooting for storage hardware and software failures
- Recommend implement document corrective solutions
- Support IT for health system storage and backup
