Tasks
- Align cross functional scope priorities and delivery
- Create functional specifications and operational documentation
- Drive reliability performance scalability maintainability and security best practices
- Ensure test strategy automation and release readiness
- Establish and improve engineering processes
- Hire onboard coach and develop engineers
- Lead architecture and design reviews
- Lead incident response and postmortems for customer escalations
- Manage capacity and staffing plans
