Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment Specialist

Tasks

• Coordinate transportation and align with logistics and external partners
• Handle financial processes including bookings accruals and reconciliations
• Maintain and improve master data including customers suppliers items and projects
• Manage project order lifecycle in AX12 including procurement delivery invoicing and closure
• Perform warehouse activities including receiving picking packing shipping and stock checks
• Process spare parts and service orders including contract management and credit notes
• Serve as central contact for internal teams suppliers and customers
