Support Engineer – Developer Portal
Tasks
- Collaborate with development and DevX teams
- Escalate complex issues with documentation
- Generate reports on support trends and metrics
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
- Manage incident handling and service requests
- Monitor system alerts and address potential issues
- Provide level 1 technical support for Developer Portal
- Serve as first point of contact for user issues
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort
- Troubleshoot and diagnose API related problems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose integration issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose platform access issues
