System On Chip Embedded Software Engineer
Tasks
- Build compiler tool for packet processing languages
- Define chip register map API
- Design software models for RTL validation
- Develop automated test systems
- Develop hardware models cycle accurate
- Drive bring up on prototypes and emulators
- Handle interrupt tree
- Implement chip initialization and configuration
- Implement protection and debug features
- Implement syntax analysis and optimizations
- Participate in code reviews and improve software quality
- Perform sanity checks and error logging
- Provide post release software support and maintenance
- Support application software teams on hardware usage
- Support feature development with middleware and application teams
