Systems Engineer III - Storage
Tasks
- Administer access controls
- Automate tasks with configuration management scripts
- Create technical documentation and diagrams
- Develop and execute disaster recovery tests
- Improve change management incident management problem management
- Install configure administer upgrades patches migrations
- Lead hardware and software evaluations
- Lead infrastructure projects
- Maintain infrastructure systems
- Monitor usage capacity availability
- Participate and present in design reviews
- Perform capacity planning performance planning
- Provide 24/7 on-call support
- Provide Tier 3 support and escalation
- Respond to incidents and outages
