Software Engineer - Full Stack
Tasks
- Architect low latency high throughput systems for live phone calls
- Build agent builder dashboard and developer tools
- Build backend orchestration integrating STT TTS LLMs and telephony providers
- Develop streaming audio pipelines and real time event processing
- Enforce security and compliance best practices across the stack
- Improve reliability observability failover monitoring and alerting
- Integrate with Twilio SIP trunks VoIP IVRs DTMF call transfers and compliance edge cases
