Tasks
- Complete enrollment follow up with clients and payers
- Conduct QA for offshore team
- Coordinate provider enrollment and termination information
- Document training sessions
- Ensure provider enrollment applications are completed
- Ensure provider information documentation is maintained
- Identify offshore staff struggles and provide guidance
- Monitor provider enrollment work queues
- Monitor smart feeds and provider reports
- Oversee provider enrollment issue resolution
- Perform productivity monitoring
- Provide QA feedback to offshore team
- Train offshore provider enrollment staff
- Verify provider and group information with insurance companies
