- Collaborate with Data Architects Product Owners and business teams
- Design ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Ensure pipeline quality performance maintainability
- Implement DataOps DevOps best practices CI CD testing monitoring MCO
- Implement batch streaming near real time pipelines
- Industrialize processing with Spark Delta Lake Workflows
- Lead Databricks projects
- Mentor data engineers
- Participate in POC and POV and project ramp up
- Review code and make technical decisions
- Serve as Databricks technical reference
- Support technical scoping and estimates
