- Cascade CTO vision into team discipline
- Collaborate on AI gateway cost and error attribution
- Coordinate with local CTO for technical topics
- Define specs rules and review standards
- Detect validate and package working practices into artifacts
- Feed group knowledge base with reusable wins
- Hold monthly cross company demo meetings
- Maintain per company status boards
- Measure diffusion and adoption against KPIs
- Run bi weekly validation calls
- Teach agentic work success criteria with numeric metrics
- Transfer reusable engineering practices across companies
- Triage enablement needs into workshops and proofs of concept
