Technical Lead
Tasks
- Break down requirements into actionable development tasks
- Collaborate with architects and program leadership to implement solutions
- Contribute to solution design and development for data and analytics
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines integrations and processing frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering delivery
- Lead day to day technical execution for data engineering teams
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership collaboration and code review
- Partner with application engineers QA and business analysts to ensure delivery
- Promote engineering best practices for performance maintainability testing and operations
- Provide production support and root cause analysis
- Support sprint execution and agile estimation
- Troubleshoot and optimize data processing pipelines
