- Build datasets and establish evaluation processes
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to deliver AI features
- Define engineering standards and promote ML best practices
- Design build and scale production machine learning systems
- Develop and maintain training pipelines evaluation frameworks and data workflows
- Fine tune foundation models using LoRA QLoRA supervised fine tuning and DPO
- Manage deployment workflows monitoring observability and reliability for ML services
- Mentor machine learning engineers and foster ownership culture
- Optimize model inference performance latency reliability and GPU utilization
- Own ML infrastructure for training deployment monitoring and optimization
