Tasks

• Coordinate business IT and project teams
• Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management
• Define and monitor SLAs KPIs and OLAs
• Define data models metrics and reporting standards
• Develop analytics and reporting platform strategy
• Enable self service BI for business users
• Ensure availability performance and service quality
• Ensure data quality data consistency and data governance
• Evolve data warehouse architecture
• Integrate data from ERP CRM production and retail
• Lead Power BI and data warehouse services end to end
• Manage product backlog and prioritize requirements
• Manage support maintenance and release processes
• Own Power BI and data warehouse roadmap
• Support budgeting and resource planning for analytics projects
• Translate business needs into technical delivery packs
