Technical Service Specialist - Surgical Robotics
Tasks
- Analyze installed base data correlations
- Coordinate FRU upgrades strategy and implementation
- Deliver technical training and field technical trainings
- Develop and distribute quarterly service metrics
- Manage field service escalation program
- Monitor RAS quality system and collect system performance data
- Perform system repair validation and data gathering
- Prepare operating room for Medtronic robot hosting
- Provide follow up communications with internal and external customers to close calls and escalations
- Provide level 3 technical field support
- Release technical service bulletins and manuals
- Review field service issues for root cause analysis
- Serve as services ECO representative
- Support hospital staff training on Hugo RAS setup and use
- Validate warranty claim submissions
