• Balance cash drawer and manage night deposits
• Cashing checks and verifying currency
• Complete training and onboarding
• Conduct needs based conversations and refer customers
• Detect address and prevent fraud using bank tools
• Educate customers on digital self service options
• Follow bank secrecy act and patriot act compliance
• Follow safe deposit box procedures
• Orchestrate customer flow and welcome customers
• Process customer deposits withdrawals and payments
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues
• Secure cash limits and maintain dual control
• Verify customer identities and authenticate customers
