- Assess candidate processes for automation
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation for automation inventory
- Design develop test and deploy automation solutions
- Leverage AI enabled enterprise platform capabilities
- Mentor and coach citizen developers
- Modernize and migrate legacy automations
- Monitor resolve defects and manage incidents
- Perform peer review for compliance and audit requirements
- Provide production support for automation estate
- Select automation techniques for each opportunity
