Test Lead – Embedded Systems & Test Automation
Tasks
- Automate web testing
- Build and maintain CI CD pipelines for test execution
- Contribute to automation development and reviews
- Coordinate with development and stakeholders on quality goals
- Define quality gates and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain test automation roadmap
- Drive risk-based testing
- Execute system validation for embedded Linux and RTOS
- Implement pipeline gating and reporting
- Integrate automation with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Lead RCA for escaped and recurring defects
- Lead test strategy
- Maintain requirements test case and defect traceability
- Manage reproducible test environments
- Mentor test engineers
- Plan and execute regression stress endurance and stability tests
- Plan estimate schedule and report testing
- Run defect triage and SLA management
- Test HMI to backend communication via REST APIs
- Validate UI UX workflows and responsiveness
- Validate system services networking IPC security and performance
