Test & Reliability Engineer, Robotics Hardware
Tasks
- Build testing and quality control infrastructure
- Conduct mechanical environmental testing
- Create sampling plans and execute quality inspections
- Develop incoming and outbound quality checks
- Maintain test procedures equipment logs and calibration traceability
- Monitor fleet health uptime and fault performance
- Perform electrical EMC EMI and safety testing
- Perform failure analysis and coordinate retrofits
- Support functional safety compliance testing
- Track reliability metrics MTBF and MTTR
- Validate sensor performance and calibration
