Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time
Tasks
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues
- Communicate replenishment needs
- Ensure timely order picking and productivity
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to SOP
- Maintain clean and organized SFC area
- Meet OMNI service level agreements
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Package orders according to SOP
- Process returns to the club
- Pull merchandise from pick list
- Resolve member concerns through deescalation
- Update merchandise locations
- Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts
