- Analyze and resolve tools and hardware problems
- Coordinate tool releases and updates
- Debug and analyze support tickets and escalate critical bugs
- Develop new tools and dashboards
- Diagnose global geo problems related to software and Linux
- File bugs and escalate issues with engineering
- Serve as technology expert for Geo operators
- Submit code changes for tools
