Deposit Account Servicing - Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Audit operational documents and reports
- Complete regulatory training modules
- Create review and maintain procedures as changes occur
- Ensure compliance with security internal audit and government policies
- Escalate issues to management for resolution
- Identify and respond to member inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of credit union compliance laws
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
- Perform account modifications and closures
- Perform system validation for changes and upgrades
- Process audit reports including Regulation D limit decreases and dormancy
- Process fulfillment requests accurately
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Update service brochures disclosures and required forms
- Validate and fulfill large cashier check requests
