Trading Data Platform Support Engineer
Tasks
- Escalate complex issues to L3 or development teams
- Maintain support documentation knowledge bases and runbooks
- Manage user access and support operational tasks
- Monitor application health performance and data flows
- Monitor batch jobs and validate data integrity
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Provide L1 and L2 incident triage and troubleshooting
- Resolve user queries issues and service requests
- Support incident and change management processes
