• Analyze travel and expense data and provide performance insights
• Collaborate with finance HR IT and audit teams
• Ensure compliance with policies and expense audit requirements
• Gather business requirements and deliver reporting training and policy solutions
• Manage escalations across stakeholders and global teams
• Monitor SLA KPI performance and drive improvements
• Resolve operational issues and support daily travel and expense activities
• Serve as primary contact for travel and expense topics
• Support global travel and expense function
• Support implementation of tools and process documentation
