Tasks

• Build and grow startup team pipeline from research to investors
• Build ecosystem partnerships with research industry investors and VC firms
• Coordinate with academic and entrepreneurship stakeholders
• Develop strategic positioning within TUM venture labs ecosystem
• Ensure operational excellence using OKR framework
• Identify new robotics and AI technology fields for venture creation
• Initiate and lead domain programs hackathons and founder support formats
• Lead venture lab robotics and AI strategy and team
• Plan and deliver ecosystem events and programs
• Represent venture lab in international robotics and AI community
• Secure and manage funding sources
• Support founders with venture coaching
