- Build mentor and lead data and platform engineers
- Collaborate with product AI growth and marketing to translate data needs into solutions
- Define and track platform KPIs adoption reliability performance
- Design analytics experimentation event tracking usage metering systems
- Drive data engineering best practices system design observability
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Ensure scalability reliability performance and data quality
- Evaluate tools technologies and processes to improve ROI
- Improve developer experience and usability of data platform
