- Decide process deviation and capability exceptions
- Define fulfillment and warehousing process strategy
- Design validate and deploy process and technology standards
- Drive continuous improvement value stream analysis and waste elimination
- Establish OKRs aligned to company strategy
- Execute multi year capability roadmap
- Lead and mentor associate directors and senior managers
- Lead lighthouse project design and global rollout
- Own budget headcount planning and resource allocation
- Partner with product engineering finance and regional operations
- Provide internal consultancy to regional operations quality and technology partners
- Set governance framework and operating model
