Define and enforce AI governance standards for prompt safety data privacy bias mitigation and responsible AI
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools LLM platforms and orchestration frameworks
Lead design development and delivery of agentic AI solutions and automation workflows
Lead knowledge sharing training and documentation efforts
Manage and mentor junior team members
Own end to end AI product workstreams
Support talent acquisition and firm building initiatives
Track solution performance adoption metrics and ROI
Use AI coding tools to drive rapid development and engineering best practices
