Vice President, Automotive & Embedded Products and Systems
Tasks
- Align roadmap requirements and resourcing with executives
- Build succession pipeline and drive talent acquisition and retention
- Communicate product value proposition and adoption
- Coordinate engineering quality sales operations and supply chain
- Develop product roadmap and systems strategy
- Drive system level thinking for validation qualification and integration
- Engage ecosystem partners and standards bodies
- Ensure roadmap feasibility and disciplined execution
- Identify market opportunities and support TAM assessment
- Influence outcomes across matrixed organization
- Lead and develop global product systems and technical leaders
- Lead end to end product portfolio development
- Optimize product portfolio for profitability
- Own product strategy from definition through production and end of life
- Partner with segment marketing and sales on platform strategy
- Serve as executive interface for automotive OEMs and Tier 1s
- Translate customer regulatory and functional safety requirements into products
