Tasks
- Build and maintain documentation for standards operating procedures and training
- Define acceptance criteria and obtain stakeholder sign off
- Lead coach and develop team leaders and team members
- Partner with engineering and operations to plan coordinate test and launch data improvements
- Produce performance reporting with trends insights and recommendations
- Run intake and prioritization process for data and technology work
- Translate business needs into quarterly plans
