- Lead global supply chain strategy
- Lead new product introduction supply chain readiness
- Maintain business continuity playbook
- Manage inventory reporting accuracy
- Manage month end close and forecast updates
- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers
- Model macroeconomic indicators for inventory planning
- Negotiate MSAs and manage SLAs
- Optimize NetSuite workflows and automations
- Oversee logistics and fulfillment operations
- Provide critical path escalation and root cause analysis
- Reconcile purchase order receiving and vendor invoices
- Run seasonality and trend forecasting
- Set forecasting guardrails and exception alerts
- Track service excellence KPIs
