Vision Development Engineer
Tasks
- Conduct offline and on site testing of vision systems
- Design machine vision solutions for inspection alignment measurement identification
- Develop image processing algorithms for defect detection OCR pattern matching
- Fine tune vision parameters for real time performance and error reduction
- Integrate cameras lighting lenses and vision software
- Interface vision systems with PLCs robots motion controllers MES
- Maintain version control backups and system documentation
- Optimize vision algorithms for accuracy speed reliability
- Prepare functional specifications vision test plans and validation reports
- Program vision systems using C C++ C# Python proprietary SDKs
- Provide onsite debugging and troubleshooting support
- Train technicians and engineers
