Visual Designer, Multichannel Commerce & Fulfillment
Tasks
- Create UI designs with responsive layouts and interaction states
- Create and manage design documentation and training materials
- Create original concepts and design solutions
- Design and build scalable design system libraries
- Develop brand assets and style guides
- Develop campaign creative from concept to production
- Ensure design accuracy with brand guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks in design deliverables
- Localize creative for global marketing teams
- Maintain visual accessibility standards
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices
- Optimize creative workflows and operational processes
- Own design queue and end to end creative development
- Present design work to stakeholders
- Use experimentation and performance data to validate design decisions
