Tasks
- Advise programme managers on budgeting for OSS interface enhancements
- Assess technical risks and mitigate issues for OSS interface enhancements
- Create data standards and governance policies
- Develop test plans and Transfer to Operations documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of integration processes
- Enhance service assurance frameworks for production reliability
- Ensure data exchanges meet operational acceptance criteria
- Ensure interface deliveries meet contractual outcomes and technical KPIs
- Gather network requirements and translate into OSS domain designs
- Govern OSS domain design and interface architecture governance
- Lead end to end delivery lifecycle governance from requirements to TTO
- Produce and govern High Level Designs and Low Level Designs
- Provide technical leadership for OSS data and interface delivery
- Support RFP activities for new solutions
