- Apply AI and machine learning for emerging financial crime risks
- Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to define data requirements and optimize data assets
- Design risk signals and detection models for AML sanctions fraud and scams
- Develop data science and AI strategy for integrated surveillance
- Drive production operationalisation adoption and continuous improvement through monitoring and feedback
- Establish reusable risk indicators and analytics assets for surveillance and investigations
- Implement model governance documentation explainability monitoring and performance management
- Lead end to end model development feature engineering testing validation and deployment
- Provide technical leadership mentor team members and promote best practices
