- Define and govern enterprise KPIs and metrics
- Design and deliver business semantic layer
- Embed analytics into business workflows and decision processes
- Establish analytics governance and quality standards
- Evaluate and manage analytics vendors and partners
- Lead and develop analytics and BI teams
- Lead enterprise analytics strategy and delivery
- Manage legacy analytics stability and reliability
- Modernize and rationalize legacy analytics platforms
- Operate modern analytics operating model
- Own business intelligence ecosystem dashboards reporting self service and AI insights
- Partner with data engineering enterprise data and AI teams to build on trusted governed data
- Reduce technical debt through consolidation and modernization
- Unify analytics best practices and standards
