Tasks
- Build advanced analytics for demand forecasting inventory optimization allocation effectiveness and supply risk visibility
- Build and develop S&OP and analytics organization
- Develop executive dashboards and standardized performance reporting
- Drive adoption of standardized global processes and tools
- Drive executive alignment on trade offs risks opportunities and constraints
- Drive improvements in inventory to sales ratio fill rate aged inventory and forecast accuracy
- Drive maturity journey toward integrated financially aligned S&OP
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance management routines
- Establish S&OP governance decision rights meeting cadence and KPI structure
- Establish planning data and KPI architecture
- Facilitate executive S&OP reviews
- Identify capability gaps and develop talent plans
- Improve inventory productivity service levels and responsiveness
- Lead cross functional transformation and change management programs
- Lead global S&OP process design and implementation
- Lead planning analytics center of excellence for insights reporting and decision support
- Lead scenario planning and business simulations
- Manage monthly and quarterly planning cycles for demand supply inventory commercial and financial planning
- Partner with data and technology teams to improve tools data quality automation and visibility
- Standardize best practices across planning functions
- Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
