Tasks
- Build and deploy HR web applications
- Build multi step agentic workflows with tool use and human in the loop controls
- Communicate with non technical stakeholders about technical decisions
- Contribute to AI engineering patterns and integration standards
- Design and implement REST API integrations using MCP patterns
- Design and ship conversational agents for HR
- Develop MCP servers for secure access to enterprise systems
- Establish reliable connections to dependent systems
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and provide recommendations
- Integrate LLM APIs into applications
- Integrate applications with Workday iCIMS and ServiceNow
- Own end to end delivery from requirements to deployment and iteration
- Participate in architecture reviews and sprint planning
- Perform code review and raise technical bar
- Present HR AI Lab demos and represent AI engineering
- Translate HR requirements into working software
