- Analyze compensation survey results
- Build international compensation frameworks
- Conduct pay equity analyses and action plans
- Develop executive presentations and board materials
- Drive AI and advanced analytics for compensation analysis
- Establish global compensation benchmarking program
- Integrate total rewards data in Workday
- Lead HR analytics for workforce insights
- Lead global total rewards strategy design
- Maintain Total Compensation dashboards in Workday
- Optimize automated workflows for compensation data
- Partner with FP and A for compensation programs
- Perform ad-hoc analytics and projects
- Plan headcount and compensation budgets
- Rationalize total rewards policies and governance
- Review job descriptions and recommend pay ranges
