Tasks
- Add and drop classes
- Assist students with enrollment decision making
- Assist tuition assistance and GI Bill orientations
- Attend base active duty debriefs
- Attend base graduations and welcome aboard events
- Build and update student schedules
- Complete required training
- Conduct student orientations
- Coordinate with education service officers
- Create program estimates from transcripts
- Develop degree plans
- Document interactions in Salesforce
- Engage prospective student inquiries
- Enroll students and create start plans
- Ensure compliance with DoD and base memorandum of understandings
- Manage inquiry to enrollment admissions process
- Present virtual and in person orientations
- Provide program and policy information
- Relays information between education office and NU
- Support veterans spouses and dependents onboarding on base
