- Conduct hands on workshops for team upskilling
- Configure Workday modules and perform unit testing
- Create calculated fields and advanced analytics
- Create data pipelines for HR data flow
- Design and build Workday integrations with HR systems
- Develop integration architecture using APIs and middleware
- Document integration patterns and runbooks
- Evaluate AI build vs buy vs integrate
- Integrate DUST with Workday
- Maintain Workday data quality governance
- Monitor integrations and manage incidents
- Own Workday reporting layer
- Prototype Workday AI Agents for HR automation
