Workforce Education Enrollment Specialist I/II

Tasks
- Analyze and utilize customer lists
- Assist non credit students with enrollment inquiries
- Collect information and qualify potential students
- Complete certificates and manage program records
- Coordinate events mailings and related activities via telephone and email
- Coordinate program scheduling and classes
- Create brochures and direct marketing materials
- Develop satisfaction surveys and follow ups
- Ensure applications are completed correctly with required materials
- Gather organize and report enrollment persistence and completion data
- Maintain enrollment processes and student records
- Process billing and payments
- Provide customer care
- Provide guidance through enrollment and course access
- Represent the department at meetings
- Respond to inquiries about course requirements and applications
- Support completion of marketing campaigns
- Support student engagement with faculty and staff
- Update websites for non credit course enrollment
